Returns

Within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied with your NoJudgesNeeded.com purchase, return it for a full refund or exchange. If you are missing your return label, please contact us for assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to return your NoJudgesNeeded.com order:

Please include the following information with your return:

1. Item(s) that you are returning
2. The reason for the return (items too big, too small, etc)
3. What you would like to exchange your item(s) for (please include style and/or size) or if you want a refund on your credit card

Items will automatically refunded if there isn't an exchange request or if a reason for the return is not included with return shipment.

Refunds / Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card if an exchange is not requested. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-10 business days after your credit card is posted to your account.
